Sub-processors
Last updated: 26 May 2026
These are the third parties Resolv currently relies on to operate the resolv.work site, the discovery-call booking flow, and the design-partner application form. Since no product has shipped yet, no customer ticket data, support conversations, or AI agent telemetry is being processed by any of these.
When the product ships, additional sub-processors will appear here (Anthropic, OpenAI, Stripe, Inngest, Neon, Fly.io are the expected additions). This page will be updated before any customer data is processed by any new sub-processor.
| Sub-processor | What it does | Data it touches | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | DNS, hosting (Pages), email routing for hello@resolv.work |
Site traffic logs, email metadata | Global edge |
| Cal.com | Discovery-call booking | Name, email, time zone, booking notes | EU |
| Tally | Design-partner application form | Name, work email, company URL, helpdesk, ticket volume, role, free-text answers | EU |
| Google Fonts | Serves the Inter typeface | IP address (transient, font request only) | Global edge |
| GoDaddy | Domain registrar for resolv.work |
Domain WHOIS record (privacy-protected) | US |
Expected additions before product launch
These are not yet in use, but are expected to be added before the v0 product processes any customer data. Listed here so prospective design partners know what to expect:
- Anthropic, OpenAI — model providers proxied through the Resolv SDK or proxy.
- Neon — managed Postgres (EU region) for the resolutions ledger.
- Inngest — durable workflow / poller infrastructure.
- Stripe — metered billing.
- Fly.io — compute hosting for the proxy and MCP server.
How we notify of changes
For any addition or removal of a sub-processor that can read raw customer data, we will:
- Update this page with the new entry and a "Last updated" date.
- Email everyone on the design-partner list at least 30 days before the change takes effect, where possible.
