Who we are
Resolv is a pre-launch software project operated by Bimal Singh, reachable at hello@resolv.work. This site — resolv.work — is currently a single-page landing site with two forms of data collection: a discovery-call booking flow (Cal.com) and a design-partner application form (Tally).
There is no Resolv product yet. We are not processing customer ticket data, support conversations, or AI agent telemetry. When that changes, this policy will change too, and we will notify anyone on the waitlist before any new processing begins.
What we collect
If you book a discovery call:
- Your name and email address (via Cal.com).
- Your selected meeting time and time zone.
- Any notes you choose to add to the booking.
If you submit the design-partner application form:
- The fields you fill in (name, work email, company URL, helpdesk in use, ticket volume, role, and your optional war-story answer).
- Submission timestamp.
We do not place analytics or marketing cookies on this site. We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools. The only third-party scripts loaded on the page are Tally (to render the form) and the Inter font from Google Fonts.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. Specifically: to schedule discovery calls, to evaluate design-partner applications, and to follow up by email if there's a good fit. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with anyone outside the sub-processors listed below.
Sub-processors
A current and complete list of sub-processors who may touch this data is published at /subprocessors. As of this writing the relevant ones are Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, email routing), Cal.com (booking), Tally (form submissions), and Google (Workspace email for the destination inbox if applicable).
How long we keep it
Discovery-call records: retained for as long as the Cal.com account is active or until you ask us to delete the booking.
Design-partner submissions: retained until you ask us to delete them, or until the Spring 2026 beta cohort is closed and unsuccessful applicants have been notified — whichever comes first.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can, at any time and at no cost:
- Ask what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw consent for any processing.
- File a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Email hello@resolv.work and we'll handle it within 7 days. We don't gate this behind a form or require you to create an account.
Where the data lives
Cal.com data is processed on Cal.com's EU infrastructure. Tally data is processed in the EU. Cloudflare data (DNS records, email routing logs) is processed on Cloudflare's global edge network with EU-region preferences where applicable. We do not currently operate any of our own databases.
Children
Resolv is a B2B project. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it immediately.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above. For substantive changes — meaning new categories of data, new sub-processors who can read raw content, or any change to data retention longer than 90 days — we'll email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
